Bryn is the owner and managing director of BWM Promotions Group, with over a decade of experience in the live music promotions and event management sector. He now heads up Bath Forum, the cities biggest music venue, hosting everything from concerts and screenings to comedy and theatre.
He has a background in senior management within both the commercial and social sector, as well as previous career history working in the criminal justice system.

Charlotte has worked within the creative sector for over 20 years, working across radio, TV, digital content production and now within the arts and higher education. Charlotte is the enterprise lead with the careers and employability team at Bath Spa University, Studio Manager at Emerge which provides support for emerging professional creatives and Co-owner of The Table Gallery in Corsham.

Kate is the Executive Director of Bath Festivals, a literature and music charity that hosts three annual festivals as well as a series of in-year events.
Prior to working in Bath, she had a 15-year career in Television Stage Management with credits including Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, Top of the Pops and The Royal Variety Show.

He works with entrepreneurs and present and future business leaders, as well as private individuals whose mission is to create the best possible first impression on those they meet in person.

Tom Vaughton is founder and MD of specialist search and digital marketing agency Varn, based in Bradford on Avon. Varn’s clients range from ambitious SMEs and eCommerce companies in the South West, through to global publishing, medical and pharma companies.
Passionate about sustainability and people, Tom is currently creating an innovative outdoor woodland office, developing a new exciting workspace for his team and clients.
